House Rental – Rules & Liability Agreement

This document is intended to ensure a mutual understanding between the host and the guest and to define the rights and obligations of both parties.

1. General information

  • This house is rented for temporary accommodation.
  • The guest (and everyone accompanying them) fully agrees to all the rules and terms set out in this document.
  • This document takes effect upon signing and remains valid throughout the rental period.

2. Upon entering the house

  • Upon entering, the guest must carefully inspect all rooms, items, appliances and technical installations.
  • Any problem with the current condition (damage, malfunction, missing item, etc.) must be reported to the host immediately.
  • The guest signs this document after fully inspecting the condition of the house and confirming that everything is in order.
  • After signing, full responsibility for any damage, loss, malfunction or problem that may arise in the house rests with the guest (and those accompanying them).

3. The guest's obligations

  • The house and all items must be used in a clean, tidy and careful manner.
  • All furniture, household appliances, electronics, kitchen equipment and decorative items are the guest's responsibility.
  • Full responsibility for any malfunction, damage or loss of electronics and technical equipment (TV, air conditioner, washing machine, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, etc.) rests with the guest.
  • The guest guarantees the protection and proper use of all items in the house and yard.
  • Full supervision of children's safety is the guest's responsibility.
  • Children must never be left unattended (especially near the pool, stairs, stove, electrical appliances, etc.).
  • Pets are allowed only with the host's prior permission.

4. Smoking rules

  • SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
  • THROWING CIGARETTES IN THE YARD OR ON THE LAWN IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
  • Smoking is permitted only in the specially designated area (if any).
  • If this rule is not followed, additional cleaning and restoration costs will be charged to the guest.

5. Prohibitions

  • Any illegal activity in the house or yard (weapons, drugs, etc.) is prohibited.
  • The use of explosive, flammable or hazardous substances inside the house or on the premises is prohibited.
  • Making unauthorized changes to the design of the house or yard, to the structure, or to the items is prohibited.
  • Disturbing the neighbours' peace with music, noise or other activities is prohibited.
  • Lighting a bonfire or using any other open flame in the yard is strictly prohibited.

6. Liability

  • The guest bears full responsibility for any material or moral damage caused by the guest and those accompanying them.
  • Any damage caused to items, equipment, furniture, electronics, appliances or any part of the structure will be paid for in full by the guest.
  • Responsibility for any accident resulting from failure to follow the pool usage rules rests with the guest.
  • The host bears no responsibility for accidents, injuries, disappearances or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • The guest may not demand any security, protection or insurance from the host for their own belongings (money, jewellery, electronics, etc.).

7. Rental period and check-out rules

  • The guest checks in on the agreed date and hands over the house on the agreed date.
  • If any damage, loss of items or rule violation is discovered in the house, the required cost will be charged to the guest.
  • Late check-out is possible only with the host's permission.

8. Other terms

  • Wi-Fi, water, gas, electricity and other utilities must be used properly.
  • Saving energy is the guest's responsibility.

I, the guest signing below, confirm that I have read and fully agree to all the rules set out in this document, and that all responsibility during my stay rests with me.
